Each item is made to order and typically ships within 2–7 business days after you place your order. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Some items (like notebooks and puffy journals from international vendors) may take a bit longer.

We partner with several print providers, including:

• U.S.-based partners for most items (like t-shirts, mugs, tumblers, pillows, journals, and blankets)

• A few international partners (like Puffy Notebooks from Drukatava), which may have extended shipping times

All of our products are printed and shipped by trusted vendors, mostly located in the U.S. Items are made on demand and shipped from the facility closest to you with the product in stock. Some items may arrive in separate packages if they come from different partners.

Because each item is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for things like wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we do offer replacements or refunds for:

• Damaged items

• Misprinted items

• Items lost in transit

If anything arrives in poor condition, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll take care of it.

We don’t offer returns or refunds for incorrect size or color choices, so please double-check the product description and sizing chart before ordering. Still have questions? Reach out—we’re here to help!

Not always. Since we use multiple production partners, your items may ship separately and arrive at different times. You’ll receive tracking info for each shipment as they’re sent out.

We work with top-tier drop shipping vendors through Printify, including:

• Printify Choice (variety of products, mostly U.S.-based)

• Spoke, MWW on Demand, Fulfill Engine, Printed Mint, and Colorway (desk gear, tote bags, pillows, blankets, and more)

• Imagine Your Photos, Pic the Gift, District Photo for specialty items

• Drukatava (our one international partner, used for Puffy Notebooks)

Every item is printed just for you—no mass inventory here!

Not yet! All of our products are made to order by our drop shipping partners. One day, we’d love to hold inventory and pack orders ourselves—but for now, this system lets us offer more designs and creative options with less waste.
