Shipping & Returns

📦Our Shipping Policy

All of our items are made to order and ship directly from trusted print partners across the U.S. This allows us to offer a wide variety of unique, quality-made products without overproducing or creating waste. Most items are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days, and once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Because we work with multiple print partners, items may ship separately and arrive in different packages. You’ll receive tracking updates as each item heads your way. While most of our products ship from U.S. locations, a small number of items (like our Puffy Notebooks) may ship from international partners and could take a bit longer to arrive.

🔁Return & Exchange Policy

Because each item is made to order just for you, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for things like wrong sizes, color changes, or if you simply changed your mind.

That said, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we absolutely want to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll work with our print partner to send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns for sizing issues, so be sure to double-check the size chart before ordering.

  • Items must be reported with a photo and order number for us to begin the replacement process.

  • Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for requests made after the 7-day window.
